Active listening has great value, but it is usually low on the list of priorities in a company. So lockdown was what forced us to close the service, which gave us that opportunity. For us, it allowed us to have more relaxed conversations with clients and to extract more elaborate ideas, which are very difficult to obtain in a survey or a rating.
